Our founder Chris built Strictly Catering on a foundation of experience as an award-winning executive chef in some of the finest restaurants, resorts, and country clubs along the East Coast. That kitchen pedigree shaped how we cook, plate, and serve to this day.
His son Alex, who is studying culinary education, is now bringing new and innovative ideas to keep Strictly Catering alive and well into the future — pairing the technique of a fine-dining background with the warmth of a family business.
